Legendary Tuam songwriter Padraig Stevens will play Matt Molloy's Yard Bar where he will be accompanied by Leo Moran, lead guitarist with The Saw Doctors. 

Padraig is best known for his work with The Saw Doctors with whom he has recorded and toured extensively. Padraig is also co-writer of some of The Saw Doctors hit songs including ‘I Useta Lover’, ‘Still the Only One’ and ‘That’s What She Said Last Night’.

Padraig Stevens has been writing and performing for 50 years and a night of original songs is promised along with a few stories thrown in about Padraig’s early days in the music business, working with bands such as The Problems, The Powerpack, and his stint as manager of the Tuam punk rock band Blaze X.

The talismanic bard of the land and the lake brings us on a trip through his songbook. Catch Padraig and Leo in a rare acoustic performance in the intimate surrounds of Matt Molloy's Yard Bar. Padraig will be singing songs from his fine collection with Leo accompanying him on guitar. Not to be missed! Tickets will be available on the door on the night.
